This season Junior Snooker in Ireland will be played in four zones in four venues on the same day. In the Nationwide events Under 14 and Under 16 events will be played together. Under 19 and Under 21 events will also be played together.
The Nationwide events will qualify the top ranked players from each zone and invite them to the new RIBSA cue school events later in the year. RIBSA Cue school events will qualify our players for International events. A full list of clubs and entry phone numbers is available below.

The Tournament Director will decide depending on numbers if knock out format or Groups format is played on the day. If Groups are played the matches will consist of 3 frames being played qualifying players for the knockouts rounds, with one point per frame won. Two players will qualify from the groups and the Semi Final and Final will be best of 5 frames including the final.
The Groups will be decided on 1. Matches Won, 2. Frames Won, 3. Head to head and If two or more players are tied in the group a one frame play-off will decide the qualifiers.
The knock out format will consist of the best of 3 frames knock out up to the Q- Finals with the Semi Finals and Final played in a best of 5 frames format.

The entry will € 10.00 for one or two event, The membership forms are available on line or at any event throughout the season. Membership fees are under 21 €5.00 and under 16’s free.
Players must contact the zone delegate above to enter before 10.30am on the morning and play starts at 10.45am in each zone.
