SBI are delighted to announce details of the 2025 Snooker & Billiards Ireland Snooker Shoot Out in the SBI Academy of Excellence in Carlow on Saturday the 4th of January 2024. Shane Mason will be the TD on the day and this event is only open to the first 64 Entries.

Prize Fund
The Guaranteed prize fund of €1000 is on offer with the Winner receiving €500.00, Runner Up €250.00 and beaten Semi Finalists €125.00 each.
Tournament Format
The event is only Open to first 64 entries.
All players will be guaranteed a minimum of four matches on the day. Four Seperate Draws will be made to qualify the players for the knock out stage.
10 Minute Matches
All matches will be one frame, with a time limit of 10 minutes per match.
A beep will start the matches in the venue, and a 3,2,1 beep will end all matches.
A recommended 15sec Shot Clock will be used but if player trying to delay the clock, they will receive a YELLOW warning. On receiving a second warning in the event a player will forfeit the match.
The Tournament officials on the day will monitor this and ensure the smooth running.
