The AGM of International Billiards & Snooker Federation took place at Sofia Princess Hotel here in Sofia, Bulgaria where elections been conducted for the positions of President, General Secretary and Treasurer. The IBSF have just released the latest World rankings for 2012 with our RIBSA junior players moving up to their highest ever placing of 4th behind China, Thailand and England. Our Senior players move up to 3rd in their rankings while the Masters move up to 5th. This is a tremendous achievement by our RIBSA
