Congratulations to David Causier from England, who defeated Pankaj Advani 8-7 to successfully defend his World Match-play Championship in Carlow, Ireland
The final features two of the world best players in Dave Causier from England v Pankaj Advani from India in the 2025 Macau Casino WBL World Match-Play Championship in the SBI Academy in Carlow, Ireland.
The final went all the way to a decider where Causier made a winning 100 break to claim the title under massive pressure to deny the Indian champion. WBL Aonghus McAnally and SBI President Jim Leacy along with David Joyce from the Sponsors Macau Casino presented the prizes to all the winners.
