Congratulations to Paula Judge from Dublin on winning the opening event of the SBI Ladies Tour today at Roadstone Dublin on Sunday the 11th of October.
Paula came through a competitive field, defeating Michelle Sherwin 3–2 in the semi-final before producing another excellent performance to beat Margaret O’Driscoll 3–0 in the final. A fantastic achievement to get the new season underway!
It was also brilliant to see such a great turnout, showing a very positive increase in numbers compared to last season. It’s fantastic to see the Ladies Tour continuing to grow, with more players getting involved and enjoying competitive snooker.
A huge well done to all the players who took part, our officials and tournament organisers, and everyone at Roadstone who helped make the event such a success. Your support and hard work are greatly appreciated.
Here’s to another exciting season of Ladies snooker, with plenty more to come.
