Snooker & Billiards Ireland would like to announce the final of the 2021 Irish Snooker Championships will be streamed live on facebook in the new SBI HQ Academy of Excellence in Carlow. In the final it will be the No.1 and No.2 seeds Brendan O Donoghue from Nenagh SC and Davy Morris from Kilkenny Shed.
After a great day of Snooker yesterday which was the opening event in our new home of Irish snooker we saw great matches from the 16 players who had qualified from the regions earlier this month. In the semi finals last night Brendan O Donoghue got apast Philip Browne 5-1 while Davy Morris got the better of Jonathan Williams 5-3 to set up the best of 11 frame final today which starts at 11am.
The current high break stands at 139 from Adrian Miorrissey from Liam Mellows SC in Wexford.
