Congratulations to the 8 RIBSA junior players who have just qualified for the 2017 the European Billiards & Snooker Association Under 18 and Under 21 Snooker Championships in Cyprus from the 5th – 12th of March.
Four players for the Under 18s Championships (players must be under 18 on 31st December 2016) and four players to Under 21’s Championship (players must be under 21 on 31st December 2016) are allowed to enter the event.
In the Under 21 Event, RIBSA tournament winners Adam Fitzgerald, Stephen Bateman, Charlie Sweeney will be joined by the highest ranked player Noel Landers in the U-21 event.
In the Under 18’s the three event winners were Ross Bulman, Aaron Hill, Noel Landers and they will be joined by the highest ranked player Mark Gleeson in the U-18 event.

All the above players must confirm and contact RIBSA with their availability to play in the Championships and who is travelling with them so flights and Hotel rooms can be booked.

16 STAR Steel-Block competition tables will be in the Venue.

PRACTICE FACILITIES At the recommendation of the Players Sub-Committee, a practice schedule will be published by the Tournament Office detailing set times for countries to practice throughout the course of the day. Details of nearby clubs will be available for players wishing to undertake additional practice (charges may apply).
Prize Money Prize money to Winners and Runner-up will be paid by bank transfer immediately at the conclusion of each Championship. The Prize funds for each championship will be distributed as follows: 2017 European Snooker Championships European U18 and U21 Snooker Championships Highest Break 50.00 € + Trophy Last 16 Not less than Entry fee
