Snooker & Billiards Ireland are delighted to announce that Philip O Connor who plays out of Darcy McGees SC in Dublin has been nominated for the WST free place in the 2021 Q School. WST awarded a free place to all Home Nation Countries and Philip qualified as our leading player on the SBI Senior Rankings at No.5 and will attend this event in England starting on the 27th of May representing SBI.

- Winner of the SBI National Club Singles Championships.
- Former National U16 Champion
- Senior SBI Ranking event Finalist
- Senior SBI National Championship semi finalist
- Qualified to represent SBI at WSF Championships in Malta
- Member of the SBI Senior team at the Home Internationals in Leeds
SBI were also informed that Michael Judge and Ross Bulman are planning to compete in this year’s Q School. SBI wish them along with Philip good luck in the event.

The Closing Date for all entries is Thursday 6th of May (12.00 noon). The entry fee is £1,000 and there will be three events played to qualify players for a 2year pro ticket.
