Adam Nolan from Newbridge CYMS won his biggest title to date when he won the 2015 Peter McNally Memorial Snooker tournament in the Edenderry Snooker Club in county Offaly on Sunday.
In the trilling final Adam beat local favourite Paddy English in the final. This event is one of the most popular tournaments on the calendar and it attracted many players from all around Ireland again this year.
In the semi finals Adam beat his club mate Charlie Sweeney 3-1 and Paddy beat his club mate Jmaes Fennessy also 3-1.
Well to Edenderry Snooker Club on hosting another great event and to all the players on making a big success. Finally a big well done to Adam Nolan on his fantastic victory today and I bet there will be big celebrations in Newbridge tonight.
