Robert Murphy enhanced his International reputation when he captained the Republic Of Ireland senior team in the Home Internationals in Pontins this week.
The Dublin man managed 4 fantastic wins out of 4 matches to stay unbeaten in playing at the number 1 position in the event.
Robert won 10 frames out of the 12 frames he played in the event and he had been sick all week which put his achievement even higher as he would not let his team mates down.
He beat Jordan Browne ( N Ireland ) 3-0
He beat Robbie Williams ( England ) 3-0
He beat Rydian Richards ( Wales ) 2-1
He beat Mark Owens ( Scotland ) 2-1
As National coach I would like to congratulate Robert on playing incredible snooker throughout the week in pontins.
