On Sunday 24th Feb. Larry Drennan from the Ivy Rooms won the 5th round of the Senior Billiards events at St Conleths CYMS, Newbridge in a hard fought final against Aidan Murray by 400 points to 300. After a long day of first class play which included some very close and exciting matches, none more so than Larry’s 400 – 395 victory over Wayne Doyle in the semi finals he was able to maintain his form right to the end. Congratulations to both player’s for a great match.
