I have pleasure in inviting you to send players to take part in the 2021 European Individual Snooker U18, U21, 6 Reds, Men/Mixed, Women, Seniors and Teams Snooker Championships to be held from the 02nd to 17th October 2021 in Albufeira (Portugal). You’ll find more detailed information in the attached invitation letter.
THE CLOSING DATE FOR PLAYERS ENTRIES AND DEPOSIT: Tuesday 31st of August 2021
Please note that the EBSA online entry system will be open from Thursday the 01st of July until the closing dates for entries Tuesday 31st August 2021. Please ensure that your entries and payments are made before this closing date, as the system will be unavailable from Wednesday the 01st of September 2021.

Very Important:
The hotel policy is that ALL PARTICIPANTS (Players, Referees, Delegates & Supporters) must show at their arrival a negative PCR test (less than 72 hours) or full Vaccine with more than 14 days to allow them stay at the hotel and/or enter the event.
Regarding the payment, in addition to the total amount of all entry fees, a deposit of a minimum of €100 per player and per event must be transferred to the Portuguese Federation (FPB) before the 31st of August 2021.
For example : if a player enters the U18’s, U21’s, 6 Reds and the Men/Mixed championships then, the deposit for that player will be €400 (4X100) + his 4 entry fees (€220) = a Total amount of €620.
You’ll find attached an ‘Entry-Travel Payment Form’ to be filled as instructed and returned to my email address (maxime.cassis@gmail.com) immediately after the payment has been done or before the closing date for entries.
REFEREES: Please also note that 30 international referees will be invited to travel to the championships. Nominations must be sent to my email address and received by Tuesday 17th August 2021. Further details are contained within the invitation letter itself.
Please remember to complete the online travel and accommodation form for everyone that will be travelling to the Championships from your country, including referees delegates and supporters.
COACHING: A Cue‐Zone will be available at the VIDAMAR Hotel for coaching players and new EBSA Coaches. Please find attached letter from the EBSA Coaching Committee with more details.
The EBSA Annual General Meeting will take place during this year’s event on Saturday 9th October 2021 (10 am). You’ll receive an official email with further details and Notice of Meeting.
