Snooker & Billiards Ireland sends its sincere condolences to the family of Ger Murray from Edenderry who sadly passed away today.
Ger was one of the finest snooker referees from Ireland who refereed many World Amateur Snooker and Billiards Championships in Ireland and all around the world.
Ger, was a former RIBSA Chairman and Referee Tutor and one of the most respected officials who ever represented RIBSA / Snooker & Billiards Ireland.
He will be sadly missed by so many colleagues and friends within the snooker and billiards family in Ireland and around the world.
A one-minute silence will be held at all SBI events this weekend to remember the great man
Funeral Information
Ger will repose at Larkin’s Funeral Home, Edenderry this Friday from 6pm to 8pm with Rosary at 8pm. His Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 11.00am in St. Mary’s Church, Edenderry followed by burial in St. Mary’s cemetery.
