RIBSA President Jim Leacy and RIBSA Chairman Dylan Rees along with Ger Murray from the Republic of Ireland Billiards & Snooker Association (RIBSA) have just presented the 2020 RIBSA Coach of the year award to Colm McDonagh from Embassy Snooker Club in Sligo on Saturday the 26th of September in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow.
This award is open to all current RIBSA members who have completed the Coaching Course within Sport Ireland. Colm is a very dedicated and experienced coach and player who is working hard on developing the game in the Sligo, Connacht area.
National Coach PJ Nolan said he is delighted to see Colm who is one of our Level 1 coaches receive his RIBSA Coach of the year award and certificate today.
After the award was presented the re-brand of the Association took place and from now on the award will be called Snooker & Billiards Coach of the year Award.
