The first SBI Century Snooker Event of the season will be played Saturday 27th September in Celbridge SC with all of the top players in action.

This season will be holding five ranking events and a National Championships plus a National Shoot Out.

Start time for all first round matches will 10.00am. The Entry Fees for all events is set at €25.00 each.
Junior and Lady players can purchase our Expemtion Membership for €10.00. This allows you free entry into any Challenge, Century or Amateur Event this season.
Closing Dates
The closing date for all SBI events will 1pm on the Thursday before the event. The Draw will be done automatically on the system with match times and displayed on the web site.

Closing Dates
Players should be aware that all entries are through the on line system and you have to enter before the closing date of Thursday at 1pm prior to each event.
How to Enter
All players will need to register for the new season by paying their SBI registration / membership or Renew their membership for the 2025-2026 season.
SBI Registration runs from 1st August to the 31st of August each season

- Over 21 Membership is €40.00
- Junior Membership – €25.00
- Exemption Membership is €10.00
How to Register
Snooker and Billiards Ireland have changed how we pay yearly membership subs and also how to enter competitions. In association with WPBSA, all membership types can now be paid through website Snookerscores.net.
Snookerscores.net is a widely used website by multiple governing bodies in Europe and the rest of the world. https://crm.sbireland.ie/
As a player you will be able to see all your results including high breaks and frame scores in order to monitor your performance. To use this website each player and club will need to create a profile on the snookerscores.net.
You must use this profile to log into the system, pay fees and pay competition entry. You will be redirected to this website when you try to log into the membership portal on Snooker and Billiards Ireland webpage.

- Click on members sign in
- User will be redirected to WPBSA website snookerscores.net
- Use the Register New User Tab or enter user information to log in.
- Search for your Organisation in list of National Governing Bodies.
- Use the tabs on top of page to navigate to:
- Tournaments- Select series to view Tours
- Memberships- Players and Clubs
- Ranking Lists- 2025-2026 ranking lists (Archived list are available on SBI website)
- Venues-List of venues for this year’s calendar with contact details and directions to venues.
Remember you will only be allowed to enter an event if have logged in as a member using a valid username and password in the system.

Format
Matches are played in a best of 5 frames knock out format in roll on and off basis in the venue. The Q-Final, Semi Final and Final are the best of 5 frames
Dress Code – Ranking Events
- Failure to meet with the Dress Code Guidelines will result in being removed from the National event.
- Dark Shoes (no runners)
- Dark one coloured trousers (no jeans)
- One coloured shirt buttoned at the wrist and waistcoat
- You also can wear the official SBI Polo Shirt for all Ranking events.
- Polo Shirts available to purchase in the SBI HQ all sizes available @ €30.00 each
Dress Code – National Championships
Failure to meet with the Dress Code Guidelines will result in being removed from the event.
- In the National Championships, one coloured shirt buttoned at the wrist and Waistcoats can only be worn
- Bowties are also required for all matches during Championship finals weekend.
- National Waistcoats are not permissible at any SBI National event.
