All Irish eyes were on Sofia today when Brendan Cooney and Mark Tuite from the Republic Of Ireland played each other in Q-Finals in the 2012 IBSF World Championships here in Bulgaria.
Mark started best winning the two opening frames with 56 and 58 breaks but back came cooney to win the third with a 36 break. Mark won frame four to lead 3-1 at the break. Coooney won frame five with a 42 break to close the gap to one. Mark got in early in frame six to control the frame to win the match 4 frames to 2.
Mark will play Glen Wilkinson from Australia at 8am Irish time tomorrow morning for a place in the 2012 World IBSF Final.
