1st4sport Level 2 Coaching Course
The WPBSA 1st4sport Level 2 coaching course provides training on how to do a safely plan, deliver, review and improve the performance of both novice and intermediate snooker players up to a level of 50 break standard.
Each WPBSA coach completes an initial four-day course, consisting of both theoretical and practical training. They then work towards completing a portfolio based upon lessons coaching two players. Next they can then apply to be assessed on the principles of their coaching and the delivery of a series of snooker coaching sessions.
This 1st4sport course has also been awarded Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) Professional Standards Status, ensuring that our accredited coaches are operating at an equivalent level as other sports practitioners working in the sport and education sector within the UK.
