Snooker & Billiards Ireland would like to congratulate Declan McCarroll on becoming a Grade 3 Snooker Referee. During the latest SBI Amateur Event over the weekend, Neil Shanahan SBI Referee Examiner put Declan through the steps in good refereeing and went through the rules of the game.
Declan was excelent and he refereed the Amateur Final between Mark Tuite and Davy Morris on Sunday.
