Snooker & Billiards Ireland would like to congratulate Declan Cummins from Dublin on becoming a Grade 3 Snooker Referee. SBI Referee Examiners Neil Shanahan and Shane Mason had trained Declan over the last few months.
Declan was excelent and he refereed the National Shoot Out Final between Colvin O’Brien and Billy Kelly on Saturday.
