Martin McCrudden from Celbridge SC won the 6th RIBSA Premier Tour Ranking Event of the season in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club. In the final Martin beat Rodney Goggins from the 147 Club in Wexford in a superb final 4 frames to 3 in a thriller. It was another high standard event which featured the top snooker players in the country playing for the title.
In the Semi Finals Rodney beat Brendan O Donoghue 4 frames to 2 while Martin beat John Sutton 4 frames to nil. The Highest Break went to John Sutton with a superb 118 break.
Well done to Referee Peter Dunne and TD Tony Thorpe on another great event and to the Ivy Rooms for hosting the event.
Finally well done Martin on another fantastic win today and Everyone would like to wish our players Michael Judge & Robert Murphy and Rodney Goggins & Jason Devaney good luck in the EBSA European Team Championship in Romania from the 23rd -29th March .
