Jim Leacy Chairman of RIBSA was elected President of the IBSF tonight at the AGM in Bulgaria in front of all the countries delegates. This is a fantastic honour for Jim and for our Association to have an Irishman president of the world amateur game.
In the vote Jim beat Pascal Guillaume from France 26 votes to 24
