The IBSF World Team & 6red Championship is being currently held in Sharm El Shaikh Egypt. The 6 red event Knock out draw has been just made with a number of great matches ahead for our Irish players.
In the last 96 round Greg Casey will play his fellow Irishman Stephen Merrigan. Brendan Thomas will face Indian player Brijesh Damani. Keith Sheldrick will play Ochirbold Begzsuren from Mongolia and Dylan Rees will face Ng Yam Shui from Hong Kong.
The other Irish players in the event are among the top seeded players and are seeded into the last 64 with Brendan O Donoghue seeded at No.6, Rodney Goggins seeded at No.8 and both Irish players are awaiting opponents to play in the last 64 round.
Well done so far to all the Irish players and the event is being held from 18th till 29th June. Our RIBSA players have performing excellent with excellent results so far in the 6 red event and in the Mens & Master Team Championship.
