Team Ireland of Mark Tuite and Anthony Bonnar won the 2013 EBSA European Masters Snooker Team Championships here in Serbia tonight when they beat a great Belgium team 5 frames to one in an exciting final.
Both teams played great Snooker but it was the Irish in front of a large audience who kept their nerve to win the title.
As National Coach it was brilliant for the boys to come here and win it in style and I am so proud of them both in how they performed in the entire event and in the final they did it in style.
All the Irish team would like to thank all the good wishes and messages of support we have received from Ireland and the trophy and title is coming home!!!!!!
