Condolences to the Mooney Family

The death has occurred of William (Willie) MOONEY of Santry, Dublin

The Republic of Ireland Billiards and Snooker Association would like to extend their sympathies to the Mooney Family. Willie was a former Class 1 Snooker Referee and also a former Secretary of (RIBSRA) The Republic of Ireland Billards and Snooker Referee’s Association, he was a great character in the game and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Willie passed away sadly, suddenly, at home. William (Willie), beloved husband of the late Bernie and loving father of Brian, Colm and Joanne. Sadly missed by his family, daughters-in-law, his seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace

Reposing at his residence from 5pm on Friday, 16th September 2011. Removal on Saturday morning to The Church of The Holy Child, Swords Road, Whitehall, arriving at 9.45am for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only, please, donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
