This week our National Snooker Coach PJ Nolan held two Snooker Coaching Zones in the Classic Snooker Club in Finglas, North Dublin.
The Classic Snooker Club organised a Junior and Senior Cue Zone on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th of January for their club members and PJ was impressed with the raw talent on show. The Classic Snooker Club in Dublin is steeped in tradition of producing great players like Joe Delaney and TJ Dowling in the past and only time will show how the new generation will turn out.
PJ worked on the players Stance, Address Position, Grip and developing a smooth delivery in their Cue Actions. The players also practiced some of PJ’s key practice routines. Each player received a DVD of his lesson to study at home and this professional approach is key in helping the players remember the coaching advice.
PJ would like to thank Noel Diamond, Robert and Mark from The Classic Snooker Club for all their help and assistance in making the Cue Zones run smoothly over the two nights and he wished the players the best and said he enjoyed training them.
