The fund raising committee have asked for all Sold ticket to returned at the next RIBSA tournament or to the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow. The Draw will take place on the 2nd of March 2013

RIBSA have had meeting over the summer months and have come up with a few initiatives for this season. Our first fundraising event is a ticket sale and we are appealing to all snooker/billiard players and officials to come on board and support this as it will bring in essential revenue to support our international qualifying players during the season.
We will also be supporting the officials/referees and those players who do not qualify or win events during the season but are always there to support the game and we strongly feel that even though we appreciate and need our best players to represent us at the highest level we also need those players who also year in and year out take part in events and do not qualify.
RIBSA will be inviting those who have never qualified for international events or have not benefited from events in monetary terms to an event at the end of this season all free and with prize money as a thank you for your support. This will be finalised at a later date. So as was stated at our AGM we want everyone to step up to the mark and support, it will be very much appreciated by us.
This has to be a concerted effort on behalf of us all to make this work. Tickets are on sale soon and available from the Ivy Rooms Carlow.
