On Monday the 30th of October the Referees Billiards & Snooker Association held an International Referees Examination in SBI Academy of Excellence HQ in Carlow.
International Examiner Neil Shanahan was the Referee Tutor and SBI are delighted to announce Rodney Goggins from Wexford and Shane Gorman from Mountmellick have been graded as Class 3 EBSA Snooker International Referees.
Both can now referee worldwide at EBSA and IBSF International Events.
SBI Congratulations Rodney and Shane and thank Neil Shanahan for holding the examination.
