Teams Men Event
Ireland {1} of Goggins & O Donoghue started off with a victory over Iraq 1 winning 5-0. Next South Korea beat the boys 5-0 but our players recovered to beat France 4-1.
Ireland {2} of Casey & Fitzpatrick started off with a 4-1 victory over Egypt 4 but then the Iran 1 beat the boys 1-4 in their second match.
Team Masters Event
Ireland {1} of Sheldrick & Rees strated off with a 4-1 victory over Egypt 7 but then Kuwait beat the Irish 3-2.
Ireland {2} of Thomas & Merrigan started off with a 4-1 victory against Egypt 6. In the second match the Irish beat Saudi Arabia 1 five frames to nil.
