Snooker & Billiards Ireland held three International Snooker Training Camps with our National Coach PJ Nolan on the 13th May, 30th May and 31st of May in the SBI HQ in Carlow to prepare our National players for the 2023 European Snooker Championships which will be held in Bulgaria.

All the events above will be held in the Flamingo Grand Hotel in Albena / Bulgaria from 5th – 17th June 2023
Our National Coach PJ Nolan held sessions on Break-Building, Safety, Long Potting and Technique checks. The day was hailed a big success with all the players impressing PJ on all the days training.
All the players received a new training program booklet with practice drills plus a sports phycology booklet to help them work on their mind fitness.
The players practiced on the Rasson Match Tables from 11am-4pm on each day of the Camps and the latest training aids were used in the camp to enhance the sessions like the Mini Domin Eye, Master Doctor, Str8aim SA-1 & SA-2, Chris Henry Balls, Academy laser, EBSA Coaching Balls to help to get them on the line of aim and develop a smoother stroke in their delivery.
SBI would like to thank the players and Officials for attending and SBI wish them all good luck in the EBSA Championships in Bulgaria.
