On Saturday 29th of October in the SBI HQ in Carlow, Snooker & Billiards Ireland held the final training camp with PJ Nolan to prepare our players for the 2022 IBSF World Snooker Championships which is being held in Turkey next week.
During the training camp our National Coach PJ Nolan held sessions on Break-Building, Safety, Long Potting, Tips on Cues and Technique checks were done for the players. All the players received a training manual to help them prepare more plus a sports 147academy phycology booklet to help with the mental side.
All the latest training aids were used like the Mini Domin Eye, Master Doctor, Str8aim G-5 & SA-2, Chris Henry Balls, EBSA Coaching Balls to help to get players on the line of aim and develop a smoother stroke in their delivery.
SBI Junior Players were also have invited to this camp for match preparation and experience and all the players said they enjoyed the camp. SBI National Coach said all the players are playing excellent snooker at present and I predict a good tournament for our players in this year’s world championship in Turkey.
The IBSF World Snooker Championship will be played in Antalya, Turkey from 4th November till 17th November 2022.
