Snooker & Billiards Irelannd held the first of two snooker training camps on Saturday 22nd of October in the SBI HQ in Carlow. The aim of the camp was to prepare our National players for the 2022 IBSF World Snooker Championships which is being held in Turkey in November.
Our National Coach PJ Nolan held sessions on Break-Building, Safety, Long Potting, Tips on Cues and Technique checks were done for the players.
All the latest training aids were used like the Mini Domin Eye, Master Doctor, Str8aim G-5 & SA-2, Chris Henry Balls, EBSA Coaching Balls to help to get players on the line of aim and develop a smoother stroke in their delivery.
SBI would like to thank the players for attending and we wish them good luck at the IBSF Championships in Turkey. SBI will hold another camp on Saturday the 29th of October in the SBI HQ in Carlow.
SBI National Coach was very happy with the overall performance of the players and a big thank you to Dylan Rees, Brendan O Donoghue, Jay Chopra and Rodney Goggins for attending.
