Snooker & Billiards Ireland are hosting an evening with Ken Doherty on Wednesday 12th October 2022 to celebrate the outstanding career of the Republic of Ireland’s greatest ever Snooker player.
On the 25th anniversary of Ken winning the World Snooker championship in 1997, he will fittingly be the first snooker player entered into the SBI Hall-of-Fame. This event will also be the grand opening of the SBI HQ in Carlow.
On the night, The Darling of Dublin, Ken Doherty will play a number of top junior Irish players as well fellow Irish Professional from the north-side of Cork City, Aaron Hill (a.k.a De Breeze). Former RTE-man Aonghas McAnally will be master-of-entertainment on the night.
