As part of the 2022, European Week of Sport. Snooker & Billiards Ireland will be holding a free snooker coaching Cue Zone in the SBI Academy of Excellence in Carlow on Sunday the 25th of September.
The Cue Zone will be held from 11am-4pm with our National Coach PJ Nolan. All ages and levels are invited to attend the cue zone to pick up skills of the game from PJ who is a World Snooker Coach and Head Coach of the European Snooker Association. All Qualified SBI Coaches are also invited to attend and join in this Cue Zone .
SBI Practice Manuals and Psychology booklets will be available to improve your game and we are sure it will be a big success and a fun day for everyone.
PJ will also be using all the latest Coaching Aids like the Str8aim G-5, Master Doctor, Blade Cue, Chris Henry Balls and EBSA Coaching Balls to develop the players Approach, Stance, Cue Action, Grip, Address Position, Aiming and Delivery during the cue zone.

With a focus on grassroots initiatives, the aim is to inspire Europeans to #BeActive Festival on a regular basis and create opportunities in peoples’ everyday lives to exercise more.
