Snooker & Billiards Ireland have just announced the details of the 2022 All Ireland Grand Prix which will be held in the SBI HQ Academy of Excellence in Carlow on the 2nd – 3rd of July.
This event will feature the top 8 SBI and NIBSA ranked snooker players. All matches are knock out and best of 7 frames. Shane Mason will be the TD at the event.
After this year’s SBI Amateur Championships, the top 8 players on the Snooker & Billiards Ireland amateur rankings will qualify for this events.
It promises to be an exciting event to find the 2022 All Ireland Grand Prix Champion. Arron Hill won the last event which was held in Northern Ireland in 2020.
SBI look forward to welcoming all SBI and NIBSA plyers and officials to the new home of Irish Snooker & Billiards in Carlow.
