RIBSA held a committee meeting by Skype on Saturday the 18th April.
We reviewed the ongoing COVID -19 situation and expressed our sympathy to all those families who have lost family members as a result of this Pandemic.
We continue to urge our members to abide by Government advice.
Throughout all of this, the government has acted on the advice of the Chief Medical Officer and the National Public Health Emergency Team.
Whilst some progress is being made, we must all continue to play our part to encourage physical distancing and to look after our physical and mental health.
RIBSA will meet again on the 16th May by Skype to review the situation.
The Home International Association, HIBSF held their AGM by Skype on the 17th April.
No decision was taken regarding cancelling this year’s Home Internationals in Leeds from 7th to 14th August.
We did agree however that postponement to a later date was not an option. The HIBSF have agreed to meet again on the 15th May by Skype to review the situation.
We will update you on same following RIBSA meeting on the 16th May. In the meantime, stay safe and look after each other.
