The Republic of Billiards & Snooker Association would like to congratulate Barry Stone from Dublin who made his RIBSA National Refereeing debut today.
Barry officiated at the RIBSA Masters Ranking Event 3 in the Ivy Rooms SC in Carlow on Sunday the 1st of December.
The Referee Association had trained Barry over the last few months and tournament TD and Referee Shane Mason was on hand to assist but Barry Stone excelled on the day.
