WORLD BILLIARDS LIMITED, organisers of prestigious world wide billiards tournaments would be interested to hear from clubs within RIBSA’s area of jurisdiction who might wish to host the Irish Open and/or European Open billiards events, provisionally scheduled for mid-to-late May. World champions, past and present, together with the worlds top players are regular entries to these events.
