Ross Bulman won the 2019 Republic of Ireland Billiards & Snooker Association Under 19 National Snooker Championships in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club on the 11th of May.
In the final Ross beat Aaron Hill 4 frames to 2 to retain his title. The final was refereed by Pat Mooney.
