Republic of Ireland Billiards & Snooker Association would like all our members to view the attached 2019 WADA prohibited list. While there are a number of changes none of these changes are expected to impact prescription and over the counter medications here in Ireland.
It is still important that all athletes check medications on www.eirpharm.com for the Republic of Ireland and www.globaldro.com for athletes based in Northern Ireland and UK. If athletes purchase medications abroad they must check the medication in the country where they have purchased it.

I have attached the Sport Ireland Supplement Guidelines and infographic. I would be grateful if you could share the Supplement Guidelines with coaches and Athlete Support Personnel (ASP) working with your athletes. In particular ASP working advising athletes on diet, nutrition and supplement use.
Sport Ireland also have an anti-doping tutor training programme and we will be running some workshops in 2019. If you would like tutors trained in your sport let me know and we can discuss this for 2019.
