RIBSA held their final IBSF training day in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow with our National Coach PJ Nolan on Saturday 3rd of November from 11am-4pm.
The RIBSA camps are organised to help prepare our players who will represent the Republic of Ireland in the 2018 IBSF Snooker Championships (Ladies, Masters & Men) in Myanmar.
All RIBSA players were invited to attend at €5.00 per day where PJ will hold sessions on Break-Building, Safety, Long Potting, Tips on Cues and Technique checks.
Two of the top Irish juniors Noel Landers and Ross Bulman from Youghal CYMS in Cork attended training today with PJ and both performed excellent on the day.
Highest Break of the camp was a superb 140 Break on the Hendry Break by Ross Bulman.
Ross ” said it was great to come up for PJ to check me over and give the my final plan to prepare for the IBSF Championships. Noel ” said I got a new tip fitted and my drills to work on and both thanked RIBSA for holding the training camps.
