The second regional intermediate of the season took place in the excellent facilities of the new Institute club in Nenagh, Co Tipperary on Saturday October 6th.
There were 31 entries with play commencing at 10am. Hughie O’Donnell from Tuam defeated Martin Kelly from the home by 3 frames – 1. In the other semi Andrew Doherty from Dublin overcame Lloyd Myers the A. O. H. in Cork in a very close match 3 – 2.
Due to the late finish it was not possible to play the final on the day. RIBSA will contact the players to arrange a date suitable venue and date. All 4 players qualify for the Intermediate Grand final later in the season.
