Aaron Hill from the Crucible SC in Cork won the National Under 16 Snooker Championships finals on Sunday the 13th of May in the Ivy Rooms SC in Carlow. In the final he beat Joe La Cumbre from Portarlington SC 4 frames to 1 in a superb final.
In the final Aaron had breaks of 75 and 87 and also won the National U-18 Title on Friday and he will play Stephen Bateman in the Under 21 Final later today aiming for a treble of Irish Junior Titles this weekend.
The final was live streamed all around the world and the Referee in charge of the final was Declan Quinn.
Semi Finals
In the semi-finals Joe La Cumbre beat Aaron Smith 3-1 and Aaron Hill beat Noel Gleeson 3-0
Championship High Break
The Championship high break was 102 by Aaron Hill.
Presentations
RIBSA Chairman Jim Leacy presented all the trophies to the finalist and congratulated everyone.

Finals Weekend
The Republic of Ireland Billiards & Snooker Association Championships Final Weekend will produce 15 National Champions in various genders and age groups in both Snooker and Billiards from Friday 11th of May to Sunday 13th of May in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club, Carlow.
