The 2017 147academy National RIBSA U-12 Snooker Championship will be between Leone Crowley from Shooters SC and Adam Quinn from Edenderry SC after both played fantastic snooker in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club, Carlow on Saturday the 22nd of April. This event has been developed to find the new stars of the future in Ireland and the players players played superb snooker on the day.
In the Semi Finals it was Leone Crowley from Shooters SC playing his team mate James O Connell in an all Cork battle and it was Leone winning the match 2-1 while Adam Quinn from Edenderry SC faced Oisin Bateman from the Kilkenny Shed SC played in the other semi and it was Adam who won it 2-0.
RIBSA would like to thank all the players, Ivy Rooms SC and Referee Ger Murray for making it a very successful day of top class junior snooker. RIBSA would like to wish Adam and Leone the best of luck in the final.
PJ Nolan’s www.147academy.com sponsored the event with free entry to all the players into the Championship. The final will be played during RIBSA finals weekend on the 6th or 7th of May.

Format for 2016/2017
The entry fee is Free. Registration Fee is €5.00 – Proof of age is required.
Please note : The closing date for all RIBSA Under Age Tournaments will be 1pm on the Friday before the tournament. Waistcoats are required for all events however National waistcoats are not permitted.
Play will begin at 2pm on the day and the Draw will be on the RIBSA Web Site @ 4pm on Friday 21st of April
