Over the last few months RIBSA have received comments regarding the awarding of byes in tournaments. Currently the top seeds receive the byes some people feel this is not correct and byes should be placed at random throughout the draw. RIBSA purpose to discuss this matter at the AGM on Saturday the 6th of May at 2pm in the Ivy Rooms Carlow. We would welcome submissions from members prior to this date.
