Brendan O Donoghue, Michael Judge and John Farrell from the Republic of Ireland remain in the 2017 EBSA Men’s Snooker Championships in the Hilton Hotel Nicosia in Cyprus after they had superb victories in the last 32 today. Bad new was for TJ Dowling as he was beaten 1-4 by his team mate Brendan O Donoghue after TJ had won the opening frame but O Donoghue fought back to win the next four.
Michael Judge was 2-2 with Marcin Nitschke from Poland at the interval but the former Pro pulled away to win 4-2. John Farrell found himself 1-3 down against David Vaitzman from Israel but the Irishman fought back to win 4-3
