The World IBSF U-21 Snooker Championship gets underway here at 3pm in Mol in Belgium today for our seven RIBSA players Aaron Holland, Shane Bates, Adam Fitzgerald, Fergal Quinn Noel Landers and Q-Finalist in the U-18’s yesterday Charlie Sweeney. Irish U-14 International John Landers has again got a place in the event due to a withdrawal.
The Irish players are full of confidence ahead of the event which features the best and upcoming players from all around the world hoping to win this prestigious Under 21 World Championship and a pro ticket place on the Professional snooker tour next season.
RIBSA Chairman Jim Leacy wished all the players good luck today and the players will play group matches over the next few days. Three qualifiers will qualify from the groups to play knock outs rounds and you can find all Full Results, Live Scoring, Groups on the IBSF Web site by CLICKING HERE
