Ireland 1 RIBSA Ladies Team of Michelle Sherwin and Clare Mill have qualified for the knock out stages as the No.5 seeds and will play Germany. The Irish pair won their final two matches on the final day in the 2016 European Team Snooker Championships here in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Ireland 2 of Paula Judge and Annette Pearson hope to join their team mates in the knock outs but they need to win a Re-Spotted black playoff against Romania and Belarus tomorrow after the three teams had finished on the same frames won and lost in the group stages. If they win they would play Latvia in the Q-Finals.
Ireland 3 of Ronda Sheldreck and Sandra McCann failed to qualify but they performed good. The European Championships is being held in Vilnius, Lithuania from the 4th to the 11th of June.
Good luck to all the Irish teams.
