The Republic of Ireland Billiards & Snooker Association have just announced the RIBSA Referee of the year Award during RIBSA Finals weekend in the Ivy Rooms tonight.
The 2016 winner goes to Shane Mason from Dublin for all his hard for Snooker and Billiards.
