Day two was another great day for the Irish players at the 2016 EBSA European Men’s Snooker Championships here in Wroclaw Poland with 5 victories from their 5 matches today.
Michael Judge, Brendan O Donoghue, Jason Devaney, Ryan Cronin and Josh Boileau are competing in this Championships and all were superb today and overall have 14 wins from 14 matches in the event.
Group L – Michael Judge beat Daniel Mily from the Czech Republic 4 frames to 1 with a top break of 53.
Group K – Brendan O Donoghue beat Danny Eriksen from Denmark with the current Irish champion winning the decider 4 frames to 3.
Group V – Jason Devaney beat Chris Peplow from Malta 4 frames to 2 as the Mayo man had to fight back from 1-2 down to win.
Group T – Ryan Cronin beat Gianluca Manoli from Italy 4 frames to nil as the Crucible man recorded his third victory in the event.
Group B – Josh Boileau beat Faris Vučkić from Bosnia Herzegovina winning 4 frames to 2 with breaks of 54 and 52 to stay unbeaten in his group.
