Michael Judge from the QClub Wicklow who was playing in his first ever Masters event won the opening RIBSA Masters ranking event of the season when he beat Nigel Power 3 frames to nil in the final at the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow.
Michael also won the Tournament high break prize with a superb 97 break.
